Chop the onion, garlic, and chili. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until almost cooked through, 5-8 minutes.

Add the tomato sauce and water. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
Add the spaghetti to slow cooker and stir to coat. Cover with lid and continue to cook on low for 1 hour. Add more water if needed. Garnish with Parmesan and basil before serving.
