Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, according to package instructions.
In a large skillet heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add finely chopped garlic, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes and cook for about a minute.
Add in the shrimp and saute just until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in lemon juice.
Add pasta to skillet and toss. Stir in fresh parsley and serve.
