In a small bowl combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, coriander, salt, and pepper. Rub each chicken breast with seasoning mix.
Thinly slice the onion, garlic, and bell peppers.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for about 8-12 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Add onion, garlic, and bell peppers to the same skillet over medium heat and saute for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Meanwhile, slice the chicken breasts into strips. Add the chicken back into the skillet. Add the lime juice. Serve with tortillas, sour cream, pico de gallo and guacamole.
