Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Add olive oil, cumin, paprika, onion powder, chopped garlic, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper. cook, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes.
Add chicken breasts and cook on both sides just unit golden. Transfer to slow cooker.
Add the juice of one lemon to skillet and simmer for 1 minute, scraping down any bits on the side. Add to slow cooker.
Add chicken broth to slow cooker and top the chicken with diced butter. Cover and cook for 3-4 hours on high. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and garnish with lemon slices.
